Tonight is Pizza night. Scott and I probably make pizza about once a week, and experiment with different toppings and methods. We've recently acquired a pizza stone, and the first experiments with said stone were not successful, at all. Quite frankly, it was as close to a fistfight as we've ever come.

And then the day was saved when Dave and Nicola gave us a pizza paddle, to transfer the pizza from countertop to hot oven. Revolutionary! Our pizza tonight was as good as we've ever made, and we managed to completely disarm the impending pizza war.
