Well, it looks like we're moving house. We live in a condo and the owner has decided to sell. If I were him I'd probably make the same decision as he can make a ridiculous amount of money. However, from our perspective, there's no reason to pay said ridiculous amount of money to own this tiny apartment. Yuck. Real estate in Vancouver right now is truly crazy. However, hopefully we'll find a place that works for us, in a neighbourhood we like, for a normal sum of money.
