It's interesting running into other torchbearers: last night I was in Whistler at the GLC pub, and another patron had brought his torch out drinking. I don't think I'll try that move anytime soon, but with these games you never know.

The flame keeps burning
The torch I carried in November has continued it's own journey over the past few months. It's currently on tour visiting elementary schools, preschools, sport practices and various living rooms with my sister, her kids and friends. Here it is with my nephew last week, lighting the cauldron for his school's Olympic Sports Day:
